  • Urban Stead Cheese
Owner wanted to create the first urban cheese company in Cincinnati and began their search for the perfect location in late 2014. They knew that we needed a building with space to accommodate the production, aging and tasting of thier cheese, but it was also important for them to find a building that needed new life. A guiding principle throughout this process has been to do this with as small of a footprint as possible, and to contribute to the betterment of their city while doing so. They are excited to be renovating a building that had sat vacant for nearly ten years, and thrilled to be participating in the revival of the Evanston neighborhood and nearby East Walnut Hills and Walnut Hills.

Engineer Early; protect the aesthetic vision with Appropriate Design.

Engineer Early is the application of value engineering during the design phase of the project. It’s not the value of value engineering, it’s the timing. Engineering early keeps the design and aesthetic value in line with the architect’s vision, and keeps costs in line with the developer’s vision.

You’ll appreciate this difference. It’s your vision. On time. On budget.
